Caudabe Synthesis, Sheath or Apple leather case for iPhone 13 Pro?

I read good things about Caudabe Synthesis and Sheath case. Is it better than Apple leather case? Anyone tried them and can give an advice?

They are not the same case. I prefer the sheath case. It’s my go case since the iPhone 6s Plus. A good protection in a thin case

Another vote for the Sheath here. Not even close in my opinion. Now that the Sheath has MagSafe, it's a no brainer.

Another vote for the sheath. I’ve been using their MagSafe version for my 12 pro since it came out, I haven’t taken it off my phone. I currently have one for my 13 promax ordered. I also have a black leather in house for my 13 pro max, although I think I’m just gonna return it and find something much much cheaper to tide me over until the sheath arrives

100% Sheath. I'll never buy any other brand or case as long as Caudabe keep making the Sheath for new iPhones.

So if apple addresses the uneven lip on their leather cases, they have by far the strongest MagSafe connection in my experience. The synthesis is my second favorite next to the apple leather. Great quality case, not slippery but not super grippy as well. If you wanted more grip the sheath is probably the best.

I have both the Apple Leather and Caudabe Sheath w/MagSafe. Both are good, but if I had to choose one, I’d pick the Sheath. Slim profile, drop protection, good grip and the MagSafe magnet is just as strong as the Apple case.

I am a little torn. I’m tempted to get a sheath again. I’ve had one for 4 iPhones. I just hate companies making me pay for shipping nowadays and shipping via first class mail.

Just consider it a part of the item price. Look at it as another marketing tactic the companies use so they can advertise less on the front page than the true cost.

I’ll always advocate for the Apple leather. Such a classy, understated look (in the darker colors) and really feel like the phone was designed with them in mind. I tried the Sheath last year and ended up returning it in favor of the black leather from Apple. Never tried the Synthesis.

What about for the 14 Pro Max? I love the Sheath and Apple Leather cases but think that the Apple Leather case gets a bit sticky.

The biggest problem with the Caudabe Synthesis is the back scratches so easily. I prefer the Apple leather case but that’s a personal preference. I would say go with the Sheath. The fit is amazing. The buttons are clicky, the texture is great. You can’t go wrong with the Sheath.

I tried a Sheath last year and ended up returning it in favor of leather, although I don’t recall which I was using at the time.

Currently in Ryan London Black with a space black Pro Max. 🤤
