Apps CBS News: Need to restart Apple TV to Stream

Recently we've had to restart our Apple TV 4 every time we want to stream CBS News. This has always been an intermittent problem, but recently it has become a daily event.

No other streaming service is affected. Netflix, Plex, NHK, etc. all stream fine without a restart.

Only CBS News requires a restart to stream.

Any ideas?
