General CC in the NC

There was a tweak called Centered that put the Control Center in the Notification Center, but it's not updated for iOS 8.

Does anyone know of a similar tweak?

I wanted to use Tage to multitask and swipe up to close apps, then have the CC in the NC.

I used Tage for the 3 day free trial, but I kept getting the swipe for closing the app and CC confused.
