CC Won't Turn Off

I just purchased the latest episode of Breaking Bad via my Apple TV and the entire episode is closed captioned and it won't turn off even though CC is turned off in the general settings for the ATV. I have also tried restarting my ATV to no avail. This is extremely frustrating because it is not a issue with other purchased movies/TV shows from Apple nor is it a problem on Hulu either. Any advice would be appreciated as this is quite annoying :-(
I tried watching the same episode on my other ATV in my bedroom and it plays perfectly without the CC. Maybe it's something wrong with my living room ATV?

When it's playing try holding down the center button on the remote (the select button) until a menu comes up. See if subtitles are on and if they are, turn them off.
