I was wondering if someone here can help me with a problem. I downloaded a cd-rom image and i want to burn it. So I prepare my empty cd-r and drag all the contents of the cd-rom image onto the cd-r. It copies and stuff just fine. Now, then I try to burn it, I get an error...

Verify "Name of cd"

"The operation cannot be completed because one or more required items cannot be found. (Error code -35)."

What does that mean? Anyone else had a similar experience?

thanks.

I'd try to use a program like Roxio Toast to burn images... there's a nice option that makes it really easy...
I personally don't like the Finder-integrated burning, there are not enough options, like PC format, or direct CD-copying.
Toast is really worth it's money, at least in my opinion!

you actually don't have to mount the image and copy the contents. you can actually just start Disk Copy then under the image menu select 'burn image' it will prompt you for the image you want to burn and to insert a blank cd. dont know if that will change the error message you get, but it may be worth a try.
