Ok, i have a late 2007 Mac running OSX 10.6.4 (all software up to date)

I am trying to install Windoze 7 on it and keep running into a problem.

I have partitioned the HD, and when i put the W7 disc in and restart it boots into the windows install fine, asks me the region i am in, and then shows and "Install Now" button, which i click.

Here arises the problem, it then states that a required CD/DVD driver is missing and that i need to install it before proceeding. I couldnt eject the CD and try using the OSX one because i cant eject the disc wile running the install. So i put a copy of the OSX disc on a USB flash drive and tried that. However, there doesn't seem to be the drivers on the OSX disc.

I looked for one on the internet and they only seem to be in the form of download updater .exe files that cant run in OSX (obviously) and won't run during the Windows install.

The drive is a MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-875 slot loader built into the Mac.

I don't have a USB cd drive and would rather not buy one if i can avoid it.

    Any help would be appreciated.
