Cd/Dvd tray not opening!

Hey,

I purchased a Macbook Pro 13" today and was just checking it out and found that the cd tray isn't opening, tried everything possible just everything still no luck.

I tried pressing the eject button, restarting and holding the trackpad.

Any help?

If you tried inserting a disc, and that wont open it, take it back to Apple.

Just want to be sure about this, you said tray, there is no tray for the disc. You just simply push it in, unless there is one already in there then don't do that.

I'd go back and return it, you might as well wait for the upgrade.
