CD Rom Issue

Hey Guys,

I'm not sure if this issue has been brought up before as I am new o this forum, but I searched real quick and didn't see anything.

When I load a burnt cd into my drive it says the cd is blank. Even though I can see that its not on my other computers.. Anyone have this issue or know the fix?

It is a later model macbook pro. If you need more details just ask.. 🙂

The disc burning info is: MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-857D: Firmware:KCVB

ok i have run onto this problem but where did you get the burnt CD from?

I have burnt cd's from PC and placed them in my mac to work but then fail or unrecognized....my guess is its a bad burn

if its from MAC to MAC... probably just the same
