CD stuck in Drive, please help

pretty much says it all

Right clicked the desktop icon for the CD that was in the drive, chose eject.
The icon disappeared along with the other new icons the program had created and the CD never came out.

Anyone with some help?
 
click and hold down the mouse button/trackpad button and turn on your mac. hold it untill the cd/dvd comes out than release the mouse button
