Cell data won't turn on until I restart (anyone else?)

On my iPad 2, about 95% of the time, my cellular data, when turned on, does not turn on...until I restart my iPad. I leave cell data off except for when I need it every few days, but when I do I usually have to restart before the "Verizon" shows, along with the data bars.

Anyone else have this problem? Should I just try a restore?

I have Verizon and have that exact same problem. None of Verizon's fix's have worked. I've tried restoring, syncing, updating, you name it.

My girlfriend also has a Verizon and does not have the issue. I dunno. It's really annoying. So you talked to Verizon about it?

This only happened when I 1st activated my account after I entered my CC info I had to restart but ever since then its been working...
