Cellular Data for Podcasts gets turned on automatically

I don't want to use cellular data for podcasts and have turned off the relevant options under 'Podcasts' & 'Cellular' from Settings (See attached images) - But, they automatically get turned on again. Anyone else having this issue? Fix?

Same issue here. Haven't figured out a fix.
