I got a new iPhone 6 on Friday. After restoring my iPhone from my previous 4S backup the phone was working great with the exception of the data; text and phone calls were working fine. The strangest thing is that the phone says LTE or 4G if I turn the LTE off, but is not working.

Today, after resetting my network settings, getting a new sim I still couldn't get it working. The only solution I've found was setting up my iPhone as new.

Is this a common issue? Any insight would be gladly appreciated!

    I'm on AT&T.

I have the same issue with AT&T. Were you able to find a fix?

No. I actually ended up getting a new iPhone at the Apple store due to the first just completely taking a crap. I tried to reset the settings, but ended up having my phone never restart. Instead it kept restarting to a red screen of death.

Setting up the phone as new fixes the issue, though I had wished that wasn't the only way.
