Does anyone know why iTunes Accounts is consuming cellular data when I have turned off all the settings under Settings->iTunes and App Store? This happens like every few days so far and sometime it can consume close to 1 MB.

Might want to up your data plan if it is using almost 1MB. That is nuts.

I've used 240MB in the last 20days.
iTunes Accounts have used 2.4MB of that.

Yet again, not even coming close to my 500MB high speed throttling.

Could it related to some iCloud services syncing?

have you checked your itunes account via settings/ iTunes & App store on cellular? or via App store app checking your installed apps
