Is the cellular network dot indication still only available on the Explorer watch face for WATCHs with cellular?

“Apple Watch is connected to a cellular network. The number of dots indicates signal strength.”

Excerpt From: Apple Inc. “Apple Watch User Guide.” Apple Books. https://books.apple.com/us/book/apple-watch-user-guide/id1475314179

I read somewhere that cellular strength is now a complication. I haven’t tried it yet though

Yes, I just tried it. I could set a complication on the Meridian face to Cellular on my S5

When my watch was on WiFi or Bluetooth to my phone, the complication took me to the cellular on/offpage in Settings.
Only when the phone was in airplane mode with WiFi and Bluetooth off did the watch switch to cellular and turn on its radio. At that time the complication displayed the figure dot strength indicator.
