12.1.3 (issue existed before 12.1.x)
I know there are others that have the same issue but I wanted to collect some feedback non-scientifically how many are affected.
Here is a common scenario that locks up my cellular radio stack:
In a building with WiFi coverage, WiFi calling is enabled. Bad LTE reception - cycles between 0 and 1 bar. All communication basically going through WiFi calling.
I walk out of WiFi coverage and both cellular and WiFi show zero reception. It will stay that way for hours - cellular never recovers. When I toggle airplane mode twice then cellular reception comes back with full bars (good reception outside the building).
Only cycling the radio once van airplane mode does not recover the modem. I did not have this issue with my previous X and my backup 7plus does not exhibit this issue.
