Cellular Problem

I have an Apple Watch 4 Which has a problem that's puzzling me. I can make calls within Wifi but the cellular says, I have no data, can anyone please assist me in this, please

Can you be more specific? Was WiFi on, Cellular on? What app were you using? What were you doing in the app?

Have you added LTE subscription in the watch app on iPhone as the manual says?

Cellule is off and when I tap it it says no data and wifi is on

Have you spoken to your service provider to make sure that cellular is enabled because normally they need the SSID number of your watch
