Cellular Toggle

I am having a difficult turning the cellular toggle on and off on Series 3. I swipe and swipe and the darn thing doesn't move.
Anyone else experiencing this issue??

Stop swiping and just Tap in the middle, it is more of a Toggle than a slow slide.
