Certain Folders not Showing up on SMB share

Title should say" Certain Folders Empty. My Catalina machine can't see files in Desktop or Downloads folder on my Big Sur machine. Just those two folders appear empty from what I can tell so far.

However, the Big Sur machine can see everything on the Catalina Machine. I don't have any weird permissions settings or anything, and I connect to the SMB shares as an Administrator on the target machine. VNC connection is fine both ways.

Additionally, my iCloud photo is not showing up on the Catalina machine (I have signed out and back inb a couple of times) A reboot fixed this issue

🤷‍♂️ I wonder if this is related to the iCloud Safari Tab issue

Sorry, no. And I no longer have any machines running less than Big Sur to test with.
