CES 2015: Withings Reveals 'Activité Pop' Watch with Activity and Sleep Tracking Capabilities

Wow. Not even a whole day and it needed to be recalibrated. The minute hand was six minutes behind.
 
I'm really disappointed with the fact that I have to recalibrate the minute hand daily. I guess mine is faulty...? Bring on the Apple Watch.
 
Ok this thing is a joke. Can someone tell me what rights I have in the US (I only know British laws) to return this faulty product? I no longer have the box, just the watch and the activation tool.
