CES 2017: Twelve South Debuts ActionSleeve Armband for Apple Watch

Personally, I wouldn’t wear such an expensive wristwatch while engaging in activities which would require the use of an “ActionSleeve”. Can you imagine it getting smashed while boxing?

That kind of defeats the purpose of having a fitness tracker.

I normally don't have issues when biking, only when I am moving my arms at speed, like doing punches.

Why would you ever have your iPhone on you while walking down city streets? Can you imagine getting mugged and losing it?

I buy products to use them to enhance my life. The apple watch to me is just as much (if not more) a fitness tracker as anything else. So I'm going to wear it when I'm active.

Agree. Not sure I would have one of these in the future but my cycling gloves hit my watch crown at times which can cause issues with tracking. I still want to see my data while I ride so wearing this on my arm is not going to work but its an idea I didn't think of as a solution.

Same issue with cycling gloves. Solution, order the larger band and move the watch an inch or two up. I did that for my 80 mile marathon. Could still check data and no hitting the buttons. Based on over a year of riding with the watch it tracks every bit as accurate being a inch higher.

As for this product I have ordered one to give a try for weight days. Also going to use for boxing, TRX.
