There are dozens out there on the market. Try Amazon UK. Amazon US lists many pages of them.
I've used a Lexar, and it's been just fine.

I don't have a recommendation, just a suggestion on a feature that often gets missed. I bought a 7in1 reader at a Staples a few years back because I forgot to bring a microUSB cable to a site visit. Anyway, this particular reader had a CF slot that was the 1/2 height type. So while it worked for me on my site visit, it doesn't work on some of my older, thicker CF cards.

Cheers there is that many around, some say they work and other have problems ... cheers

Lexar is a good brand. I have been using one for a few years with the computer out in my shop (don't know the model number offhand).
