I've got a tricky, obscure minor issue, and I'm curious if anyone out there has the answer.

Periodically, I'll notice that most of my audio is coming out of my right speaker. Sure enough, I'll go to system preferences, Audio, Output, and the balance is partially panned to the right (the amount always varies).

My theory is that there's some keystroke combination I'm accidentally tapping that triggers this.

Running 10.4.2.

Any clues?

Ha! You're a victim of the mysterious audio balance bug. This has been posted by many users, and it might be fixed for 10.4.3, but I think it was just an evil plan that Steve made to bother mac user (not really). Anyway, I don't know how to make it stop.
