Chances of actually getting a 6 plus

That is what I was told, no Plus.

I admire BB for not taking preorders on it. Other places will and have the 19th as delivery date and NADA.

They are stocking up on them, to let the fist needy ones say "I don't care if you don't have a plus just give me a 6 then" so then apple can say "see we said people don't really want big phones, we sold quadruple of the smaller ones"

Also to build up stock and to give a break for activations, imagine we all get one tomorrow and we all activate, we will all bring the servers down.
 
Apple stores in AZ have a "handful" of Plus models, and "plenty" of 6's. Based on the way a "handful" worked out last year for the Gold 5S, that could mean that even APPLE stores in AZ are only getting 3-4 Plusses. I have a feeling that's going to be the case almost everywhere.

If you aren't in line NOW, and are hoping for a plus, stop... turn around, go home, place an order, and watch the insanity unfold.

Unless you're ok settling for 6. In which case you may get one.
 
I just went out and stopped by 3 different stores to ask about 6+ stock. Surprisingly every one of them was willing to share inventory levels with me.

AT&T Store - 5 (no 128 GB)
Best Buy - 0
Target - 1

All of the above does not include pre-order pickups.

I live in a suburb of Atlanta.
 
Stopped by my Bay Area VZW Retailer and was told there are +'s in stock. Guy wouldn't give me an estimate on how many but he didn't agree that that the + is going to be impossible to get
 
I'm #7 in line at my local AT&T and they have told us they have 18 6+'s. Basically 2 of each storage and color combo and over a hundred iPhone6.
My ideal phone was going to be the 6+gold64GB but it looks like I may be going with 128.
 
Can anyone in the far east (Australia, Japan) comment on whether Apple retail stores had availability of the 6+ for walk ins?

The store I'm at in the Philly suburbs got 10. 9 gold, 1 silver. No 64gb. I'm the fourth in line, but I'm pretty sure I'll be getting the silver 128. The employee here said that they did not get nowhere near as much as he thought considering their store sells more iPhones than any other in the 50 mile radius.
