i just bought an iphone from ebay a month ago (8gb 3gs that's sold alongside the iPhone 4)...there's some issues with it that'll qualify me for a replacement. however, i'm aware that iOS 4.0.2 is not jailbreakable and i'm scared that the new iphone i'll receive will have 4.0.2 on it.
i rely on the jailbreak/unlock because i have t-mobile.
what do you guys think? are the chances high it will be running 4.0.2?
