Chane size of the close icon in app switcher

Can someone please give me detailed instructions on how to do this? I'm not sure if it's as simple as downloading a tweak on cydia or changing something using ifile.

If there are no coded dimensions attached to it, you could replace the image files that are the close buttons or make a theme if you don't want to replace them, and it should work.

Oh. No I don't use any photo editing program's at all.
