Change app icons

Is it possible? I've been meaning to update iWork and iPhoto but the icons are so visually offensive that I want to keep the old ones, but before I update, can someone tell me if it's possible and how I can revert the icons to the old ones?

LiteIcon should do that for you, drag and drop to apply, drop out to restore.
