CHange Carrier logo (colour)

Can anyone point me in the right direction to change the colour of my carrier logo (T-Mobile UK) to match the orange status bar theme. I have tried replacing Default_CARRIER_T-Mobile UK.png and FSO_CARRIER_T-Mobile UK.png (and @2x.png) in the carrier.bundles folder without success.

On ip4 (sim free) with iOS4.1 jb. Thanks
