iPhone Change Cydia icon w/out Winterboard?

Are there any tweaks that make this possible? I can't tell, going through Cydia which ones are old and which ones are compatible with current iOS versions...

SSH or use iFile to change the icon to whatever you like.

Plenty of icons on the web.
