Change default chmod cd-rom

Howdy,

For a little utility I need my cd-rom to be accessible for some user. So I used chmod 644 /dev/rdisk*. This did the trick quite well. Pitty it is though that I need to do this for every cd. Can I make cd's have this permission by default
