Change Dock arrow colour?

I have my dock setup to be transparent. I also have a black background, therefore it is very difficult to see the black application arrows, does anyone know of an application that can change the colour?

What are you using to make your Dock transparent? ClearDock does this and also allows you to change the color of the triangles.
