Change you change what it does anymore?

Looks like this setting tweak is gone?
 
I believe the ability to change what it does went away with the release of iOS 4 when it became the way to open the app switcher.
 
You can customize what triple click does, but not double click.

Triple click is in Settings->General->Accessibility->Triple-click Home.
