Go into the activity app on the watch, swipe to the relevant ring and force press the screen.

I love you! 😀 I've been trying all morning to figure this out, too... I should probably keep in mind that if I can't figure out how to do something on the watch, the option is probably available via Force Touch 🙂 Thank you!

I also got a notification this morning with my activity from last week, and you are able to change the goals there too.

Noticed this too. Has to be an oversight - here's hoping they change this in subsequent (1.1?) update.

I can't change the calories goals because after force touch the ring, even if i can adjust the calories amount, I can't confirm it because "update" red button is outside screen!!... i can just see it swapping but button returns out of screen.....
