There's been a lot of image/gallery threads around at the moment, so I thought I'd add to it....

I've got an image positioned on my webpage, and I'd like to have 3 circular buttons below it (like the Apple buttons), that when clicked change the image displayed...without reloading the webpage. It doesn't have to do a fancy slide animation (although that would be nice), just needs to change the image.

Anyone know of scripts/tutorials that will help me do this?

Cheers.

You could use the one I found the other day and check out manual ones, this page shows almost exactly what you want except they slide vertical. You could easily customize some rounded buttons of your choice.
They also have a horizontal one displaying horizontal slide but with text down side on manual examples link. Don't think it would be too awkward to customize. Obviously a bit tricky but do-able.:)
