Just recently, I have noticed that if I try to tap and hold down on an icon on my iPhone 6S, it no longer wiggles and shows and "x". It instead pops up a menu which is different depending on the app. Most seem to how a way to share the app with someone. Has anyone else had this happen? I cant seem to find any information on it in my searches.

Don't press on the icon. You're invoking 3D Touch. Instead, touch your finger lightly and wait a second.

Personally, I think these various pressure touches are a problem. I am always pressing with the wrong pressure. I expect it will be worse next year with the non-real button to unlock etc.

Anothing that I noticed from changing to iOS9 > iOS10 is that Apple changed the way to delete an app. After the 'x' appears the delete button shows on the right instead of left.
