Hi,

Total technophobe here!!

Is there a shortcut to change the lockscreen wallpaper with the preselected widgets at a specific time each weekday?

I know this is possible with Focus mode, but I don't want any apps, contacts, or notifications silenced. After selecting not to mute contacts or apps, the only option I have left is to always silence notifications or only when the device is locked. I don't want either, simply the lockscreen to change.

Thanks for tolerating me again, Louis.

Huh? You can easily do this via Focus Mode. I created one called "Enjoy your day! and another one called "Good Evening! Both use their own Wallpapers.

Since iOS 17 you can select "Notifications muted by" and you simply do not pick anything and thus, everything is allowed and since you did not mute anything, the notification settings do not matter because ... there is nothing being muted 😅

I've set up Work Focus - no people silenced, no apps silenced. In Notification Options, it gives an option to Silence Notifications for always/when locked. Do i just ignore this?

Yes since you didn’t silence anything, those settings have no impact since nothing is being silenced haha
