Change Notifications Wallpaper?

Mine has the linen wallpaper, how do you get that slate look shown here?

That would be the lock screen, not the Notification Center.

Actually there's an app called iLockScreen Maker that will allow you to change the lock screen. I used it on mine and it worked fine, and I didn't have to jailbreak the device.

I could be wrong but I believe he wanted what was in the photo he attached, which is the lock screen. He thought it was the Notification Center but was eventually advised otherwise.

well you need an app like that to add text on the photo or something like that.
