I preordered the 14 pro this morning; I went through the process of choosing a store for pickup and a pickup time at the store. Placed the order without any errors. However, in the order confirmation mail and order status it shows as shipping to an address I have no access to any longer. I did not choose shipping during the order. How can I change or cancel the order? The order shows as unable to be changed in my account, and call centers seem to be down.

I would keep trying to call Apple, you will get through eventually

Finally got through. No orders can be modified or even pulled up in their system now since apparently there's a problem they're trying to fix. Try again later. Looks like I won't be able to pick it up at the store I chose since the delivery times are slipping quickly.
 
I’m in a similar situation. I forgot to update my delivery address and it’s an old address. Specialist told me to try later since they can’t pull up orders right now.

Whew. Was able to update address for shipping. No pickup available, but at least it's shipping to my house now.

Mmmm my orders have all move to "Preparing to ship" already so I wouldn't be able to make changes.
 
I did it via my iPad app. It shows I can't edit online, but the iPad app allowed me to make the change.
Ah ok. I called in and they were able to do it.

So my case was showing this. He said he’ll have to make the request to the carrier and see if they can update the address change before it delivers

I'm having the same issue. When i text or call in it pretty much tells me they are unable to process my request at this time and hangs up on me. The app store app will not let me cancel it either. I'm hoping i can cancel it before i have to mess with shipping it back
