Change page orientation

I'm running Lion on an iMach intel using Word for Mac 2011

I have a standard document in portrait view but I want to insert a page in landscape view with the file running perpendicular. How do I do that?

Insert a section break (on the Layout tab) and then change the orientation to landscape on the page(s) you want.
