Hi,

I gave my old Powerbook to my son in law. He was wondering how to change the system passwords so that he can put in something to his liking when it comes time to do things like run upgrades, etc. How do we do that???

Thanks.

Frank

Take a look in System Preferences, under 'Accounts' – in there you can either change the current password or set your son-in-law up with a brand new account (and password) of his own if he'd prefer.
