change permissions on external HD ...

...i was messing arround with the permissions options on the "info" on my External Hd and the ****er didnt let me turn back the permissions to R&W...it just kept giving me no acces..stupdly i ejecteed him with the no acess permisson in " bug" and now i cant change the permissions or repair in the disc utility,need to fix this cause habve mannnnnnymanhy important stuff there and i cant erase it and installl os journaled , not untill i can copy the data first....plzzzzzzzzzzzz someone i dont understand **** about the terminal and that stuff...i think i may resolve this directly with apple cause its very important stuff i really cant erase the volume..**** **** ****
