Most of the time when I go to an "international" site it'll take me to the local NZ version (presumably by looking at my IP address), but for a few sites it'll default to UK instead. I've tracked this down to the Accept-Language header that Safari sends with each request, which is set to "en-gb" on my system. How can I change this to "en-nz"?

I'm running Safari 5.1.1 on OS 10.6.8.

Update: I'm back on Safari 5.0.5 (I got sick of 5.1) but I'm still looking for a way to change the language so that sites don't think I'm in the UK! Why does this have to be so difficult? 😱
