It's understood that the cool tones in screens keep us awake after use, so can we change the tint of the screen to a warmer colour in order to make it have less impact on our hormones ?

I have seen the F.lux app and use it in my Mac but this requires jailbreak on the iPhone.

Is there any other way?

I already know of the invert colours, reduce white point etc in accessibility options

the irony here is that the 4S had a much warmer screen that pretty much any of the other iPhones, and almost everyone considered it a negative.

that said, offering some basic calibration controls would probably go a long way.
