It's understood that the cool tones in screens keep us awake after use, so can we change the tint of the screen to a warmer colour in order to make it have less impact on our hormones ?

I have seen the F.lux app and use it in my Mac but this requires jailbreak on the iPhone.

    Is there any other way?

I already know of the invert colours, reduce white point etc in accessibility options

Aside from jailbreaking, the only options available are those that you mention (invert colors, grayscale, reduce white point, etc.) and another dimming/low light one that is somewhat hidden, as described at http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1801179.

the irony here is that the 4S had a much warmer screen that pretty much any of the other iPhones, and almost everyone considered it a negative.

that said, offering some basic calibration controls would probably go a long way.

The low light zoom filter is great!

Just wish they would add some calibration settings and something like flux into the iOS.
