I managed to order my 6+ 64GB gold from the apple store app last night at 1:20am ish by pure luck for 9/19 ship date. The problem is that it only allowed me to ship to the primary account holder--had I known that apple also required this I would have just ordered from ATT. I'm now on hold with 1800myapple for over an hour to see if I can change the shipping address. Anyone have any luck with this?

I go through this with every order as I live within a mile of the USPS and am required to have a PO Box unless I am elderly or disabled (never buy a house without a mailbox!).

I received an email from Apple asking for a physical address and responded. It take a while for them to get to it due to the madness of a new release. I also was on hold for over an hour and it eventually hung up which is normal. It's a pain, but the norm. Hang in there.

These are the steps I took.

1. Call Apple Customer Service 1-800-676-2775
2. Choose Option 4
3. Enter Order number
4. Wait on hold
5. Ask for change of address

1hr 30mins. But times should be better now.

If it has shipped already you wont be able to change the address through Apple.
