Change Siri voice from male to female

Siri's voice is currently male. How do I change it to female?

Cannot see a setting for it.

You can't change it.

US and AU have Female voices. UK has Male.

Don't think you can. Just got my 4s in the UK and it seems to only be the mans voice you can have. I am sure at a later date Apple will release new voices (probably for a price!)

Nope. You can definitely change it according to what you want.

The Uk english language has only the male voice, the US appears to have the female voice. Fortunately the US version works better with my scottish accent!

Yeah he is just changing the country like in the youtube video not the voice gender for your country.

He was most likely using the UK before (Male) and switched to US or AU (Female). This isn't a confirmation.

Not sure if anybody else has noticed but when I changed from UK to US it did have a harder time of recognising what I was saying.
