Change slide to unlock arrow to a lock?

I've seen people with a lock instead of the arrow, can I change that without an entire theme?

Without using a theme, you'd need to SSH/replace the original arrow pic with a lock pic. The pic you need to replace is called bottombarknobgray@2x.png

I use the 'Glasklart HD Lock Screen' option from the Glasklart HD theme for this exact function, it also removes the black bars from behind the clock so the screen is transparent.

You can do this without using the entire theme, which is how I use it.

The tweak you are looking for is in Cydia calked Clear Lockscreen 4.0. Use it with winterboard. No need for Glasklart theme.
