When a Mac is at the login screen, it assumes the default settings so far as trackpad function, keyboard brightness, and display color profile.

How can I modify that set of preferences? I want the keyboard to never come on and my personal color profile to remain indefinitely and the trackpad to always have tap-to-click and two-finger-tap to right-click.

I'm interested in this as well. It probably involves modifying some system files.
