iOS Change textfield value depend on other textfield value

Hi All

I have two text fields on table view. I need change first text field value if the second text field value was changed. how can I do it.

Textfields INSIDE a tableview, so u just mean the cell.textLabel.text ?
Or real textfields, learn your terms, or it's really confusing.
