Change the font in notes

Does anyone know how to change the default font in notes?

You can’t as far as I’m aware. You can only choose from the preset formats (Title, Heading, Body etc) which are all in the default system font (San Francisco).

Three locations where fonts can be installed - but there is nothing in the Notes settings which suggests that you can any font from there AFAIK.
