Change the language

Is it possible to change the language that is used in a CS6 version to another? Say for example that i have the German version of Adobe CS6 Master Collection, can i change it to English?
 
I don't think you can with CS6, but with CC, you can specify the language you want before downloading the app.

And if you want to change the language, you have to re-download the app... but only for CC
