Change touchbar in windows 10 bootcamp?

Right now I'm in windows 10 and every freakin time I want to use the function keys I have to hit function with my little finger then reach up to the touchbar. The touchbar permanently shows the esc, screen brightness, volume, and play/pause buttons all of which I use like 1% of the time compared to F keys. Is there a way in some setting where I can have the function keys up full time and pressing the Fn button would bring up the volume, etc? All of those options are available on screen anyone should I really need. Also is there anyway to add a "Prnt Scrn" option as well?

Open up BootCamp control panel in Windows, it should be in the system tray by the clock, looks like a grey/black diamond. Switch to the "Keyboard" tab, tick the box "Use all F1, F2..." box, hit apply.

Now your touch bar will display the F1 keys by default and if you hold down the Fn key they will display the function keys.

Currently the only tweaker for Touch Bar on Windows 10 is the DimBar tool. But it doesn't load the fully user-defined layouts, at least yet... And it's only for Mid-2018 Macbook Pro (DimBar uses the new T2 chip interfaces to work with Touch Bar). So it doesn't work with previous generations, such as 2016/2017. Here it is: http://dimbar.forbootcamp.org (the main reason to create this tool was the fact that Mid-2018 Macbook Pro suffers from a Boot Camp bug which as a rule keeps the Touch Bar always on, and often too bright, thus there is the risk of OLED burn-in).

Dim bar like Trackpad++ is only a temp usage, unless you pay/donate to the creator above. Trackpad++ for me would always stutter on movement, plus the weekly reinstall got old quickly. Just wasn't ready to pay/donate just yet. It's a 100 time better then standard bootcamp limited functionality trackpad though.
